LIFECHURCH7 - ENCOUNTER youth summer camp is here again!
This is a time for those going into 6th grade - 12th grade to ENCOUNTER Jesus and allow Holy Spirit to mark their lives. LIFECHURCH7 ENCOUNTER youth group is lead by Pastors Josh & Robin Biddlecomb. Together they have a passion to see God's authentic presence imparted into each student that is in their care. Every year it gets better and better. This will be a time of games, fun, connection & presence. Join us.
Please know that by purchasing/registering your student you agree to the terms below.
As the person, parent or guardian of the mentioned attendee(s), I hereby give my permission for said attendee(s) to attend LIFECHURCH7 Youth Group, aka LY7-ENCOUNTER, activities. In the event of an emergency affecting the health or welfare of my child/student/participant, I give permission to the Youth Pastors, Youth Leaders, Adult Chaperones or if applicable, the Camp Administrators to administer first aid and/or transport my child/student/participant to the nearest doctor or medical facility for further medical attention as deemed necessary. This includes but not in limitation to emergency surgery or medical treatment. I also acknowledge that this individual action in response to the emergency will be held blameless and I assume all responsibility for any medical expenses that could occur due to my child's/student/attendee(s) medical emergency; this would also include any traveling cost should my child/student/attendee need to return home early due to medical reasons or even disciplinary action.
