Jesus said go and make disciples of all nations

In the Bible, Jesus said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations" in Matthew 28:19. This is part of the Great Commission, which is God's instruction for believers to share Jesus and train others to live with Him.

Jesus groups

Jesus Groups are a place to connect and encourage growth in your relationship with Jesus.

What to expect at Jesus Group

At each Jesus Group gathering we will: share what we’ve been learning from the daily Bible Reading Plan, read scripture together, discuss the scripture from Sundays sermon, and pray.

Grow Closer to Jesus, together.

Weekly Meeting Format

  1. Open the Bible and share any revelations you have from the daily Bible Reading Plan. Everyone’s insights are valuable, even if it’s their first time reading the Bible.

  2. Pray: When the Lord’s people pray together, wonderful things happen.

  3. Share how you are applying the word to your life. These groups are meant to become like family who, pray, and encourage each other in your walk with the Lord. Application is important no matter how long we have been following Jesus so everyone in your group will have the opportunity to apply the Word.

  4. Learn what the Lord is doing in and through the people in your group.

Group Expectations

Honor. Prefer one another in love and honor each other by creating a safe place for vulnerability and growth.

Jesus is the point. He is the Healer, Comforter, and Father.

The Word. The Word is alive and active today and Jesus loves to encounter us through His teachings. Come expectant to encounter Jesus as we read through the More Jesus 365 Bible Reading Plan together.

Transformation. We can’t read the Word without being transformed. Doing that as a group is powerful as we encourage and build each other up in our most holy faith.

Presence. We love the Holy Spirit and yield to Him as He teaches, corrects, and encourages us.

Vulnerability. To the extent we’re vulnerable will determine the amount of breakthrough we receive. We foster growth through healthy and honest conversations.
