LIFECHURCH7's School of Jesus is a part-time school for those who are committed to loving God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and can commit to a semester of becoming a more devoted disciple of Jesus. Classes meet on Monday evenings from 6:00-9:00pm, beginning September 16th and run through May 19th.

Thanksgiving Outreach

This Thanksgiving, LIFECHURCH7 is committed to loving the 7 Cities well. As a church family, our heart is to make sure no one is alone this holiday season, embracing the spirit of generosity and unity within the body of Christ. Through our School of Jesus, we have the privilege each year to extend care and compassion to our community by providing clothing and warm meals to those experiencing homelessness. This year, we’re excited to continue this tradition, and we’re also extending support to members of our own church family who may need a helping hand.

We believe that in sharing God’s love, we create a ripple effect that reaches every heart, every household. We invite you to partner with us in this mission, joining us to serve and love our neighbors, whether by donating, volunteering, or simply reaching out to those around you. And if you find yourself in need during this season, please know that LIFECHURCH7 is here for you.

Explore the ways you can be a part of this outreach—there are many ways to give, serve, and join in. Together, let’s make this Thanksgiving a season of warmth, generosity, and love.

Ways to serve:

  1. Host someone from LC7 for Thanksgiving

  2. Donate food for Thanksgiving Meals

  3. Donate Clothing for Homeless Outreach

  4. Contribute to Community Outreach Fund

  5. Volunteer at next 2nd Harvest Mobile Market on November 25th

Action Steps:

1. Sign-up to Host someone from our church for your Thanksgiving Dinner. Email the front office and let us know you would like to host.

2. Donate Thanksgiving Meals Items such as: 5lb Turkey, Bag of Potatoes, Canned Yams, Canned Green Beans, Canned Corn, Boxed Stuffing, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Crispy French Fried Onions, Gravy (in jars), Canned Cranberry Sauce, Chicken Broth, Butter, Dinner Rolls, Frozen Pie) Please drop off to the church office during office hours. Donations will be accepted from November 17-21. Sign up here to let us know what you will be bringing.

3. Donate New or Gently Used Clothing for Homeless Outreach such as: Men’s Clothing, Coats, Winter Clothes, Gloves, Scarves, Blankets, Hand Warmers, Shoes, New Socks, New Underwear, etc. Bring clothing donations to church and drop them in our clothing collection bins. To sign up to help with our Homeless Outreach on November 23 please register here.

4. Donate to our Community Outreach Fund by selecting Giving Type as ‘Community Outreach” on Zeffy this money will go toward making a meal to feed the Homeless.

5. Volunteer to help with 2nd Harvest Mobile Market food distribution on November 25 anytime between 9am-1pm in the church parking lot.

Christmas Outreach

As Christmas approaches, we want to make sure that no family feels forgotten or alone. If you or someone you know is facing challenges this season and could use some extra support, we invite you to register for our Giving Tree. This allows our church community to bless families with gifts that will bring joy to children and make the holiday season brighter.

In Matthew 25:40, Jesus reminds us, “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” 

This Christmas, we want to show that love and care by coming alongside you, helping to make this holiday season a little easier and much more joyful.

Here’s how the Giving Tree works:

  1. Register Online: If you or someone you know is in need, please register for the Giving Tree by no later than November 25. Please note, at this time we have reached capacity for this outreach. You’ll be asked to provide a few details about your children (ages, sizes, and gift preferences) so that we can match them with the perfect gifts.

  2. Gifts Will Be Provided: After you register, members of our church family will choose your children's names from the Giving Tree and provide gifts based on their preferences.

  3. Pick Up Your Gifts & Join Us for a Wrapping Party: On Saturday December 14th at 1:00 pm, we’re excited to invite you to our Wrapping Party at LIFECHURCH7 in the Small Auditorium! This fun event will be a chance for you to wrap the gifts chosen just for your child, while they enjoy crafts, activities, and even have the opportunity to pick a small gift for their loved ones. It’s a wonderful time to come together, enjoy some festive fun, and spread some Christmas cheer! We can't wait to celebrate with you and partner together to make this Christmas season special for your family.

Ways to serve:

  • Select a Child from the Giving Tree (in the lobby after Thanksgiving) to purchase gifts for.

  • Sign up to serve at our Wrapping Party on Saturday, December 14th

  • Host someone from LC7 for Christmas Dinner

  • Contribute to Community Outreach Fund

Action Steps:

  1. Choose a child's name from the Giving Tree in the lobby and purchase gifts based on their preferences, but don’t wrap them just yet!

  3. Sign up to Host someone from our church at your home for Christmas Dinner. Email the front office to let us know how many people you’d like to host.

As 2 Corinthians 9:8 says, “God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” 

We pray that this effort will be a reminder of God’s goodness and provision, and that you feel the love and support of our church family this season.

We invite you to join us for our monthly 2nd Harvest Free Food Distribution Monday, November 25. We will be serving up to 250 families in a drive-thru format, no appointment necessary.

If you would like to help out, no need to sign up! Just come by at 9:00AM. We will begin handing out food at 11AM. Serving well is loving well. Together, we can serve our community.

Spanish Worship Night

We are the Spanish Expression of the LIFECHURCH7 community of believers who gather to minister to the Lord. We seek to grow in loving, knowing, trusting, and obeying the Lord. Our heart is that we make Jesus All in All in the 7 city region by loving him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and by loving our neighbors well.

Currently we meet once a month to worship and exalt the name of Jesus but hope to launch a weekly gathering in January 2025. In the meantime, we invite you to join us in gathering once a month and to partner with us in prayer and faith as the Lord draws His community of Spanish worshippers and lovers unto Himself.

Our next Spanish Worship Night is Sunday, November 17 at 4PM in the Small Auditorium

Somos la expresión en español de la comunidad de creyentes de LIFECHURCH7 que se reúnen para ministrar al Señor. Buscamos crecer en amar, conocer, confiar y obedecer al Señor. Nuestro objetivo es hacer a Jesús el Todo en Todos en la región de las 7 ciudades amándolo con todo nuestro corazón, alma, mente y fuerza y ​​amando bien a nuestro prójimo. Maranatha - Youth Camp 2024

As we gather together, our hearts resound with the cry of "Maranatha!" This summer camp is more than just an event—it's a sacred opportunity to unite in eager anticipation of the imminent return of our Savior. At Jesus Generation, we are stirred by a deep hunger for the presence of Jesus, and this camp is no exception.

In this gathering, we come with hearts ablaze, filled with the oil of expectancy. Like the disciples in the Upper Room, we long for a fresh encounter with the Holy Spirit that will transform us from the inside out. Our desire is not just to go through the motions, but to be fully immersed in His presence, ready to be ignited by His fire.

Let's press in together, seeking His face with all our hearts and surrendering to His will. This camp is not just for the here and now; it's a preparation for the glorious return of our King.

Come, beloved youth, and be part of Jesus Generation's pursuit of His presence. This camp is open to students from 6th to 12th grade, with transportation provided from LC7.

Join us at Kids Camp 2024 for an unforgettable summer adventure!

This year, the theme is "Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life." Kids get to take a journey of discovering more of who Jesus is— THE way, THE truth, and THE life! Each day we will have engaging activities, interactive lessons, worship, crafts and breakout sessions exploring topics like worship, the Word, and prayer. Our last day will be a fun water day at Howard Amon Park. Kids will get to explore what it means to love and follow Jesus with all that they are, to make new friends, and have a blast at Kids Camp.

Women's River Float

LIFECHURCH7’s Women’s Ministry is hosting a River Float for all women over 18!

Here are the details:

- We will meet at the church at 10:45am to leave by 11am. 

- We will stop for lunch somewhere along the way.

- The shuttle leaves at 1pm. 

- Bring $30 for the float (this includes your tube, a lifejacket, and a shuttle to the starting point)

- If you need an extra tube for a cooler, bring an additional $15. 

- If you are meeting us there, here is the address of the float: Rosa BLM Rec. Mile post 7, Hwy. 821 Canyon Road.

We are going back to Honduras this July! 

Last year was so beautiful watching the Lord touch His children through our "YES" to go. We have been anticipating all the Lord will do this year since coming back. Through the ministry in the schools, hospitals, orphanage, teen challenge, churches, etc we will see the Lord's hand in supernatural ways and encounter His radical love.

This will be a fun day for the whole family as we take on class 3-4 rapids. Children ages 6+ are welcome to come along!

Please arrive at Deschutes River Adventures by 10am for a shuttle departure at 10:30. All floatation devices, transportation to the rapids, boats, and paddles provided. 

The float will end at 4pm. Lunch is provided. 

WHAT TO BRING
- Water bottle
- Hat
- Sunglasses w/ croakies
- Sunscreen
- Shoes that can get wet (Flip flops are not ideal and may fall off)

- Quick dry clothing/swim suit. Non-cotton clothing works best.  
- Come prepared to get wet and have a great time!

Best Ball Tournament - Honduras Fundraiser

Your involvement in our 7th annual LIFECHURCH7 Golf Classic will help support LC7’s vision to equip our younger generations to reach out to local communities as well as to make an impact internationally in the poorest parts of the world.  Many of our students and young adults in our area are in need of financial assistance each year to attend short term outreach trips like Honduras and Africa.  These outreaches have a valuable impact on those who have the opportunity to participate.  As they deliver food and clothing, and build much needed infrastructure in these regions, our youth and young adults are realizing how much of a difference they can make during these trips.

Resources raised from this annual event will help ensure that these students and young adults will have the financial support needed to participate in these types of trips and  many others in the years to come.
